TASKS

• Interact with clients to understand their business needs and priorities;
• Provide daily support to address client requests and inquiries and resolve client issues promptly and accurately;
• Handle client communications timely and effectively;
• Draft client proposals and deliver business presentations to the client;
• Identify new business opportunities with the client to achieve revenue goals;
• Maintain a database of new and exciting client information;
• Recommend workflow improvements to ensure client satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acts a liaison of contact to ensure his employers interest, needs or desires are met by a third party;
• Speaks for, acts on behalf of and occasionally makes decisions for his employer;
• Ensure compliance with company policies and practices;
• Notify findings in processes and witness the corrective actions;
• Bridging between parties involved with the best interest to secure the employers assets;
• Maintain frequent contacts and follow-ups with the client and third parties;
• Stay updated with company products and services so as to address client queries accurately.

Marine Consulting

We ensure that cost reductions are achieved by managing risk and minimizing the probability of incidents, downtime, and project delays.

• We perform Engineering Reviews, Procedure Reviews, Vessel Suitability Surveys and participate in risk assessment activities such as HAZIDs and HAZOPs.
• We perform independent verification of critical operations. We attend key operations onshore and offshore verifying the successful preparation for such operations.
  
• From offshore platforms and infrastructure to mobile offshore units, pipeline and subsea field developments, onshore plants, renewable energy farms, and other shipping activities, you will be in safe hands.
• Decimal will review all relevant engineering, design and marine procedural documentation. We will inspect vessels, site preparations, and associated lifting equipment to check if the operation is assured from a safety perspective.
• We attend key operations onshore and offshore verifying the successful preparation for such operations.
• Verification by an independent third party boosts confidence in your verification process and improves its quality.
• We are able to perform verification studies for single discipline projects, drawing on the competence of the entire group.
• Other typical services performed in connection with these verification studies, reviews of regulations, and on site attendance

Project Engineering

Manage project delivery during the execution stage up to commissioning and project closeout. Close coordination with site personnel for successful project delivery.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing shifting priorities in a timely and efficient manner.

• Defines project scope, goals, and scheduled deliverables in coordination with senior management and identified stakeholders, along with identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path in compliance with the clients Project Standards.
• Tracks project milestones and deliverables and proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential conflicts, and devise contingency plans, including communicating to all stakeholders.
• Coordinate and steward deliverables including permitting and engineering work products.
• Aid in the planning, organizing, securing, and managing of resources for the effective and efficient completion of projects.
• Assure project processes including management of change, tendering, request for proposals, contracts and contractor supervision are effectively applied at a level applicable to the specific project.
• Safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures.
