Marine Consulting

We ensure that cost reductions are achieved by managing risk and minimizing the probability of incidents, downtime, and project delays.
We perform Engineering Reviews, Procedure Reviews, Vessel Suitability Surveys (CMID) and participate in risk assessment activities such as HAZIDs and HAZOPs.
We perform independent verification of critical operations. Our surveyor attends key operations onshore and offshore to verify the successful preparation for such operations.

Project Management

Acts a liaison of contact to ensure his employers interest, needs or desires are met by a third party;
Speaks for, acts on behalf of and occasionally makes decisions for his employer;
Ensure compliance with company policies and practices;
Notify findings in processes and witness the corrective actions;
Bridging between parties involved with the best interest to secure the employers assets;

Project Engineering

Defines project scope, goals, and scheduled deliverables in coordination with senior management and identified stakeholders, along with identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path in compliance with the clients Project Standards.
Tracks project milestones and deliverables and proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential conflicts, and devise contingency plans, including communicating to all stakeholders.
Coordinate and steward deliverables including permitting and engineering work products.
Aid in the planning, organizing, securing, and managing of resources for the effective and efficient completion of projects.
Assure project processes including management of change, tendering, request for proposals, contracts and contractor supervision are effectively applied at a level applicable to the specific project.
